Problem Statement

This study aims to address the following problems;

1. More on pictures but, lack of information.

2. Some sentence is not readable.
3. There are other color that is not good for the eyes of user.
4. The buttons are confusing.
5. The some upload pictures are blurred.

Limitations

Language barrier:

Miscommunication: Misunderstandings can occur if the customer and service provider have
different levels of language proficiency or are using different dialects or regional variations of the
same language. This can lead to mistakes in the booking details, such as the wrong date, time,
or number of people in the party.

Limited choices: If a customer cannot communicate effectively in the local language, they may
be limited in their choice of restaurants, hotels, or other services that require a reservation.

Cultural differences: Certain cultural nuances may be lost in translation, which can affect the
customer's experience. For example, certain customs or etiquette might not be understood or
respected if there is a language barrier.

Inefficiency: A language barrier can make the booking process more time-consuming and less
efficient, as it may require more back-and-forth communication or the involvement of a
translator.

Location:

Limited service availability: Our online booking project may only offer services in certain
locations, which can limit customers' options for booking services.

Difficulty finding local services: If the customer is not familiar with the local area, they may have
difficulty finding local services that meet their needs.

Payment method:

Limited payment options: Depending on the booking platform or service, customers may be
limited in their choice of payment methods. For example, some platforms may only accept credit
cards, while others may not accept certain types of cards or payment methods such as PayPal
or Apple Pay.

Security concerns: Online payment transactions can be vulnerable to fraud, hacking, and other
security breaches, which can make customers wary of sharing their sensitive financial
information online.

Future Work
1. Improve usability testing: Usability testing is a critical part of HCI design, as it helps identify
usability issues and areas for improvement. However, usability testing can be time-consuming
and expensive. To improve the efficiency of usability testing, designers can consider using
remote testing tools or automated testing tools to supplement or replace traditional usability
testing methods. Additionally, they can design usability tests that are more targeted and
focused, using smaller sample sizes and shorter test durations. This can help reduce costs and
increase the frequency of usability testing, which can lead to more iterative and user-centered
design.
2. Improve mobile responsiveness: With the increasing use of mobile devices to access online
booking platforms, it is essential to ensure that interfaces are mobile-responsive and provide a
seamless experience across all devices. Designers can improve mobile responsiveness by
optimizing page load times, using responsive design techniques, and minimizing the amount of
content displayed on smaller screens. Additionally, designers can consider developing native
mobile applications to provide a more tailored experience for mobile users, with features such
as push notifications and offline access. By improving mobile responsiveness, designers can
ensure that users can access booking services from any device, at any time, which can improve
overall user satisfaction and engagement.
3. Add more reliable information.
4. Add different pictures.
