Insights or Realizations
The focal group discussion (FGD) aims to prepare for graduation and address the needs of
students with lower grades, ensuring their inclusion in the upcoming graduation
ceremony. The main goal is to develop interventions that can effectively help these
students overcome academic challenges and be part of the graduation event.

During the FGD, participants, including educators, parents, and stakeholders, review the
list of students with lower marks to understand the reasons behind their struggles. By
identifying the root causes, targeted interventions can be designed to meet each
student's specific needs.
Lessons Learned
The focal group discussion (FGD) revealed essential lessons for supporting students with
lower grades. Collaboration emerged as vital, with educators, parents, and stakeholders
working together for better outcomes. Inclusivity in education ensures that every student
receives support and opportunities to succeed. Personalized interventions, tailored to
individual needs, were found to significantly improve academic performance. Involving
students in the planning process empowered them to take ownership of their education.

Creating a supportive environment, celebrating diverse achievements, and investing in

long-term support all contribute to students' success. Finally, continuous improvement
based on the experiences of students helps refine support mechanisms, benefiting all
learners.
