Dear Ma’am,

I Onyx C. Reyes, BSN 2A student, was absent last Aug 16, 2023, during our
Community Health Nursing (RLE) under Ma’am Jocelyn Binauhan. I formally apologize
for my absence from school due to oversleeping. On the morning of Aug 16, 2023, I had
set my alarm as usual to ensure I arrived at school on time. Unfortunately, I encountered
an unexpected issue the previous night, which led to me getting far less sleep than I needed.
Despite my best intentions, I slept through my alarm and woke up significantly later than I
should have, making it impossible for me to attend school that day. I kindly request your
understanding and hope that you can accept my sincere apology for my absence. If there
are any specific procedures or assignments I need to follow or complete to make up for the
missed day, please inform me, and I will promptly address them.
