interest in the academic success of students in our school. In line with this, I am writing to

request your approval to conduct a research study on the impact of face to face classes on the

academic performance of Grade 11 students in Trento National High School. With the

implementation of online classes due to the ongoing pandemic, there has been a notable change

in the mode of instruction. Many students have had to adapt to the new set-up, and as such, I am

curious to know how it has affected our academic performance. My proposed study aims to

collect data on the academic performance of Grade 11 students during the face-to-face learning

mode pre-pandemic, and now during the current online learning mode. The data collected will be

used to evaluate the impact of these different modes of learning on the academic performance of

students. I would appreciate it if you could grant me permission to conduct this research study. I
