    Project Location : Angono, Rizal
    Subject : Cost Proposal

    To whom may it Concern,

    We are pleased to submit our cost proposal for the roofing works in Angono, Rizal.
    The scope of works for the project includes but not limited to the following:

    Scope of Works
    A. Roofing Works
    ● 2" x 2" x 1/4 Angle Bar

    ● 2" x 3" x 1.5mm C-Purlins

    ● 1000mm x 12mm dia plain bar with standard nuts and washers @
    both ends sagrod spaced @ 800mm
    ● Other Consumables (Welding Rods, Cutting Disc, Screws, etc)

    For above-mentioned scope of works the proposed cost will be:

    GRAND TOTAL: PhP 339,479.00

    Conditions:
    ● 30% down payment

    ● 70% will be undergo progress billing

    ● 30 days of work depending on weather conditions

    ● Electricity and water consumption will be provided by the client
