The disadvantage of air pollution and how to solve this problem

Air pollution is the act of polluting the air. Air pollution has emerged as a significant global
concern and a severe problem that humans are facing these days. Air pollution can outweigh
so many negatives, such as health implications, acid rain, and global warming. The topic will
elaborate on how air pollution can cause a serious problem for the earth and how to find a
solution to cope with this kind of issue.

Firstly, air pollution poses severe health risks to individuals exposed to its harmful pollutants.
Due to the proliferation of industrialization, the air is getting polluted by the smoke from it.
Those bad odour contain a lot of chemicals and substances like carbon dioxide, which can
cause lung cancer and heart disease.

Secondly, air pollution can cause extreme acid rain. The population has dramatically
increased, and people need to use cars, planes, and motorcycles to commute from one place to
another. However, the smoke that comes out of those vehicles can lead to acid rain, which is
very harmful to human life. Acid rain can destroy the forest, animals’ lives, sculptures or
buildings, and cause health problems for humans.

Thirdly, air pollution can cause serious global warming. The enlargement of people today can
cause deforestation. Trees play an important role in absorbing the bad air to prevent it from
escaping into the atmosphere. If people continue to cut down trees, then all the smoke that
comes from industries and vehicles will be trapped inside the earth. As a result, the world will
experience an increase in the greenhouse effect, or global warming.

If there is a problem, there is also a solution. In order to prevent all the things above from
happening, the first thing that we should do is filter all the bad smoke from the factory or
industry before letting it out, which results in clean air. Secondly, use a bicycle or public
transportation instead of cars or motorcycles to prevent their air from spreading into the
atmosphere. Last but not least, the government should enforce strict regulations on cutting
down trees to prevent global warming because trees can absorb bad air.

To sum up, the disadvantages of air pollution are grave, endangering both the environment
and human health. If these actions continue, bit by bit, the world will be suffocated because
of air pollution. In contrast, if we can follow all the solutions above, our world will be safe.
