Situation:For example, my friend is going through difficult time. Instead of just offering sympthay, I
will offer comfort and my time to listen, just like the teaching of jesus, the love his mercy and
compassion to us. I will help my friend with her workload and remind her the importance of leaning
on faith during challenging moments.

Excellence:
Situation: I am a teacher working on a lesson plan. Instead of sticking to the same old material, I
research a new teaching methods and incorporate creative activities that engage my students. I also
encourage my colleagues to share their ideas and experiences, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and excellence.

Situation: You're leading a project that faces unexpected obstacles and delays. Despite these
challenges, you maintain a positive attitude and rally your team to find alternative solutions. Your
