 PRIVATE TUTOR FINDER SYSTEM

“PRVATE TUTOR FINDER SYSTEM” is made to book online teachers.

This Project properly keeps information of billing. It contains total 8 options in menu
to operate the project. It is both beneficial for parents and teachers to book teachers as
this saves their travelling time. It was specially design for the students to those who
need special attention on the subjects in which they are weak.
 INTRODUCTION
In India, like most developing countries, there exists a system of
“Private Tuition” parallel to the formal system of education to
supplement academic support and to overcome school inadequacies.

The purpose of “Private Tutor Finder System” project is to :-

1. Find Private Teacher when needed.

2. A system to make class outside class

3. Compliment the efforts of a student

to find desirable teacher.
OBJECTIVE

The main motive of this project is to:-

❖ Provide facilities to both the Parents and

the Students to find Private Teacher from
the comfort of their home.

❖ It will be beneficial for the people who

don’t have much time to visit to the
Institutes then take inquiry about the
Private Teachers and hire them.

❖ This Project properly keeps information of

billing for teacher’s class in form of billing
also.
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

Scope of this project is very broad in

terms of other manually finding
teachers.

❖ This can be used by parents to find

teachers whenever needed.

❖ Can be used anywhere any time.

❖ This application can be used by

many students who love teaching as
a part time job.
 HARDWARE REQUIREMENT

Space: Capacity of minimum 2GB Hard Disk space.

Memory: 2GB RAM

Existing manual system based on

finding tutor for students is a
very time consuming and tiring
process for the students.

Not responsive for student to find

their tutor using website

There are few suggestions that can be made to upgrade the system to be more
efficient in future work. The suggestions are as below:

❖ The student can be group into a few type.

❖ Any student can give exam and get the result.
❖ A payment method can be added.
❖ Can add new features when required.
❖ Computerized Entry of Details.
❖ Security Provide Lot of time is saved.

CONCLUSION

This project is made to book online teacher’s

records having Teacher ID, Teacher Name, Rate
per hour, subject details.

It contains menu to operate modification, deleting,

searching about particular teacher. It shows proper
bill for individual teacher, bill for all teachers
amount due against students based on number of
hours and rate per hour.

All calculations are done properly in accurate

manner. This project contains total 8 options in
menu to operate the project, in front of project
menu, number of available teachers are visible.
