D. Pricing Options/Menu
E. Competitive Advantage
As an entrepreneur, one of the advantages we see in having competitors is the motivation to
improve and innovate our products even more. Because of this, we have a reason to work hard and
improve sales because we have rivals and competitors in the business, which if we don't take care of
the customers who come to our store, they can move to another store anytime.

1.5 Human Resources Plan

A. Key Personnel

B. Staffing Plan with Rationale

We have decided to increase our sales personnel to six because of that, to attract more customers
and because sales personnel are more needed when it comes to a business because they serve as
the backbone of a store without them, there is no one to deal with and entertain customers.
Our cashier/treasurer also served as the digital editor of our business where he created the logo,
menu and flyers of our business.
