The City Government of Caloocan – Public Employment Service
Office
With the vision of fostering economic growth, stability and
industrial peace through favorable employment, sustainable
entrepreneurial opportunities, and effective industrial
relations for the workforce of Caloocan City,
the Public Employment Service Office has been in the forefront
of the effective delivery of labor related services in the city
through labor market information, job placement, livelihood
programs, technical training, skill development and advocates
industrial peace for economic growth and stability.
Pursuant to the PESO Act of 1999 as amended by Republic Act
10691, and by the virtue of City Ordinance 700 of 2017,
Caloocan PESO has been successful in embodying AKSYON AT
MALASAKIT by providing better employment opportunities and
promoting full employment and entrepreneurial opportunities
to Caloocan City residents.
Caloocan PESO Core Services
Labor Market Information
Through precise collection of data at the local level, Caloocan
PESO provides future labor market conditions, in-demand jobs,
and skills shortages to prospective employers.
Referral and Placement
Caloocan PESO takes the lead in conducting local recruitment
activities and providing referral letters to partner companies to
help Caloocan City residents attain their dream jobs that are fit
with their skills and abilities.
Career Guidance
Kabataan ang Una! This is the battle cry of Caloocan PESO as it
provides accurate and up-to-date labor market information and
key employment generators to high school students from
Grades 9 to 12. Caloocan PESO also determinedly conducts
labor education for graduating college students to equip them
 with basic knowledge on labor standards and employment
concerns.

Special Program for the Employment of Students
With the highest allocation of beneficiaries in CAMANAVA
area, Caloocan PESO puts premium in the youth of Caloocan as
it endeavors to overcome youth unemployment by providing
poor but deserving high school, vocational and college students
the opportunity to be employed and compensated during
summer and Christmas breaks.

The Caloocan City Manpower Training Center
The pride of Caloocan PESO, the Caloocan City Manpower
Training Center offers TESDA-recognized in-Center Manpower
Technical-Vocational Skills Training and Off-Site Short Course
Technical Training relevant to the needs of the industry and
community that will contribute to the socio-economic
transformation of Caloocan City.
With the will of delivering Aksyon at Malasakit to its citizens,
the CCMTC continues to be the top contributor in the number
of enrolled and graduated students for TESDA within the
CAMANAVA Area.
Business owners can equip their manpower with these trainings
to increase their skills and specialities.
Caloocan city residents can also avail of livelihood
demonstrations upon request such as

- Meat processing
- Products and goods making
Under CCMTC, residents can also avail of Gandang Malapitan
where they can learn skills such as haircutting and massage.

The Caloocan City Tripartite Industrial Peace Council
Enacted through City Ordinance No. 0842 of 2020, the Caloocan
City Tripartite Industrial Peace Council is an impartial entity
composed of representatives from labor, management and
local government. Boasting of 200 member companies, it aims
to maintain industrial peace and harmony, respect
management prerogative and promote worker's protection
and welfare in all workplaces and establishments within
Caloocan City.
As business owners, Caloocan PESO warmly invites you to be a
part of the Caloocan City Tripartite Industrial Peace Council.
Join the Caloocan City Tripartite Partake in the formulation of labor and employment policies
Industrial Peace Council! and programs and in the implementation of programs for
