Tutorial 2: Body fitness, no fixed time for this tutorial, do exercise on your own (in sportswear!!)
Aim: To measure your body parameters and heart rate change during exercise
You will measure different parameters of your body including height, weight, pulse rate before the exercise.

Record your pulse rate (beats / min) before the exercise, at 8-min during the exercise, immediate after exercise, 1-

Aim: Understand and discuss the current development of sports at school.

Aim: To understand the diet change in modifying your health


Task: Take yogurt/probiotics of your choice for 10 consecutive days, record your bowel movement and the form of
your stool.
