a.Where as the Parties agree to Purchase and Deliver 100,000 Cubic of Good Soil. At Brgy Mamatid
Laguna.

b. Where as _____________________________________ ,allows the Party to deposit soil in the

owners land but not limited to the disposal of Waste Material.

c. Where as the Payment of P160 per cubic meter is agreed by Both Parties for Good Soil

d. Therefore both parties agree on the aforementioned product to be delivered but not limited to
waste material

d. That both Parties agree on CASH AND DELIEVERY AGREEMENT.
