CONTRACT ADDENDUM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Lease made and entered into THIS ______by and
between:

SAMIBUL WATER DISTRICT, of Poblacion, San Miguel, hereinafter

referred to as the “Entity”;

-and-

NGC Industrial Pump Trading Services, of legal age, Filipino, of 187

Purok 6 Dampol, Plaridel, Bulacan , hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”;

BACKGROUND

1. WHEREAS SAMIBUL WATER DISTRICT “ Entity” and NGC

Industrial Pump Trading Services “Contractor” have entered into a
contract “Contract of Agremeent” dated 17th day of November, 2021
for the purpose of Drilling of Three Exploratory/Production Well at
Sitio Pangarayuman Brgy. Biak na Bato, Brgy. Bardias and Brgy.
Calumpang, San Miguel, Bulacan;

2. That the “Contractor” was unable to reach the depth of the drilling of
Borehole the “Entity” desire at Sitio Pangarayuman, Brgy. Biak na
Bato hence this ADDENDUM;

3. That the parties have agreed that an additional re-drilling will be

conducted by the “Contractor” at Sitio Pangarayuman, Brgy. Biak na
Bato;

4. The parties have agreed that “Contractor” will answer the Labor Cost
of the re-drilling and in parallel the “Entity” will supply the materials
needed in the re-drilling;

5. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this agreement, all of the

terms and conditions of the Contract of Agreement remain unchanged
and in full force and effect;
