1.Executive summary
Making sure that the work is being done according to the plan is the
responsibility of the project management activity known as the controlling process.
Compare the project's timing to the projected timetable and keep an eye on the
resources available to verify that the team has everything needed to finish the project
effectively. The method for calculating a project's network and drawing the critical
path is described in the following paragraphs.

2. Introduction
In actuality, projects might be quite complex, yet they all follow the same
project management methodology. Project managers frequently face difficult
obstacles that could compromise a project's success. Keeping up with the project's
pace, managing resources, and making sure it is on track and within the required
budget are some of the usual issues that keep them on their toes.

3. Analysis 1: Managing a project effectively to attain successful

project
Resource scheduling, which involves the planning of tasks and the resources
necessary to execute those tasks, also includes resource allocation as a key
component. When assigning resources, they may be used for project-related or non-
project-related tasks including management, support, and operations. When
scheduling resources, it must be taken into account that these resources may be
completely or just partially available. The distribution of resources must adjust to take
into account changes in the project's requirements or scope. Resources may be
entirely or only partially available, so this must be considered while scheduling them.
The allocation of resources must alter to reflect modifications to the project's
specifications or scope.

5. Conclusion
Deadlines for the projects exist. We must always consider how to manage
limited time-based resources while dealing with deadlines. Our direct control over
such circumstances is not possible. But improvising and adapting are the best course
of action. Understanding how multiple constraints must be balanced in order to
achieve the project's objective is essential.
