RULES AND REGULATIONS

(Computer Room)

I. These rules and regulations were made to be followed. It is very important to

understand the rules and regulations and why it was promulgated, both from a
personal and a communal perspective. These rules and regulations will help us to
discipline ourselves and to practice ourselves on how to be obedient. These rules and
regulations were implemented by the agreement of the majority. Therefore, it is right
and just that every formand should follow, if someone will violate the said rules and
regulations will face the sanctions.

II. BEFORE YOU ENTER IN THE COMPUTER ROOM

i. Always sign in our log book. (Time in, time out, purpose)
ii. Get your authorization card before you use the computer. Whoever use the
computer without the authorization card will face the consequences.

III. REGULATIONS IN USING COMPUTERS AND OTHER MATERIALS

i. Refrain from using Facebook, watching movies, YouTube unless if it is
necessary. If necessary, just write down in our log book about your purpose so
that it can be considered. (Example. This time, I will use Facebook or
messenger to ask our teacher if there is a class.) If someone will be caught
using computers in inappropriate way and inappropriate time will face the
consequence.
ii. You are not allowed to use the PC and Laptops in times of silence, recreation
and recollection.
iii. Save your files through USB or send it through messenger so that, if there is
someone using your previous unit you can use other one.
iv. Always maintain the cleanliness of your unit, do not leave it messy.
v. Always remain silence, you can talk if it’s important to discuss but if it is
nonsense just remain silence or go outside the computer room and you can
start your conversation there.
vi. If it is necessary to talk just like asking questions about your class just say
“EXCUSE ME” so that your brothers are aware that you want to ask
questions.
vii. After using your chair, please bring it back to the appropriate place.

IV. FOOD AND BEVERAGES AND AIRCON USAGE

i. Strictly not allowed food and beverages to avoid unpleasant smell inside the
computer room.
ii. If someone being caught will not able to use the computer inside the computer
room for a day.
 iii. You are allowed to use the air-conditioner if the computer room is composed
of 5 persons but if it is not then, use only the ceiling fan.
iv. Time of using air-conditioner (8:30am-11:30am) (1:00pm-4pm) (8:30pm-
10:30)
V. BEFORE LIVING THE COMPUTER ROOM
i. Bring your authorization card and get it back to the Academic Chair.
ii. Do not forget to turn off your unit, lights and air-conditioner if you are the last
one who will leave the area.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

(Cellphone Usage and Laptops)
I. TIME OF USING
i. Time release if there is class. (8:30am-12:00nn) Give it back to the Academic
Chair.
Time release if there is class. (1:00pm- 4:00 pm) Give it back to the
Academic Chair.
Time release (8:45pm-10:30pm) Give it back to the Academic Chair.
ii. You can use Cellphone, Computers and Laptops every Sunday because it’s
our free day. (8:00 am- 4:00 pm)
iii. If someone did not give back his cellphone in appropriate time will not able to
use his cellphone for one day as a punishment.
II. RESTRICTIONS
i. Use your cellphones and laptops for academic purpose only.
ii. No one will use cellphones and laptops if there’s no class, you can use it only
if intended for academic.
iii. Video call, texting, chatting, watching movies or videos is prohibited in times
of study period. You can do this unless if it’s necessary.
iv. If someone will violate the rules will not able to use his cellphone and laptops
for one day as a punishment before that, he must explain first his side before
confiscating his cellphone but, if he has sufficient reason, his action is to be
considered.
III. RESTRICTED AREAS
i. Do not bring your CP or Laptop at these areas, such as (Dormitory,
CR, Isolation Room,) is strictly prohibited.
ii. If someone will be caught using their cellphone and laptop in the said
areas will not able to use his cellphone and laptop for 1 day perhaps 2
days for violating the rules twice.
IV. SANCTIONS
i. If one of your batch will violate the existing rules, all the cellphones of your
batch will be confiscated for the whole day.
ii. If you violate the rules for 3 times, you will not be able to use your cellphone
and laptop for a week as punishment. You can use it, if it is necessary or
emergency. You can use computers in our computer room if you want.

RULES AND REGULATION

(Study Room)
I. RESTRICTIONS
i. Keep silent, respect your brothers inside the study hall because he is studying.
If you want to talk, just talk with him outside, do not disturb others.
ii. Refrain in bringing foods and drinks.
iii. Loitering inside the study hall in times of recreation is prohibited.
II. TO ENCOURAGE
i. Everyone is encouraged to maintain the cleanliness of the study room
particularly the study table.
ii. Give time to study.
iii. Turn off all the lights, ceiling fans, and air-conditioner if no one using the
study room.
