The problem is caused by the low wages causing people to work more hours and spend less
time with their families.

One way to address this issue would be to spend less time in the office and working from
home at least twice a week, in order to have time for their families.

One of the most serious issues facing the majority of large urban areas is traffic jams.
This essay focuses on the viability of introducing park-and-ride schemes.

It would appear the main reason is that the number of people owning cars increases every
year. For one thing, people like the convenience of having their vehicle right outside their
homes. Additionally, they are not limited to public transport schedules. Furthermore, they don't
need to stress about getting to the station on time.

One way to solve this problem would be to park your car for free in a large parking lot on the
outskirts of town and take a bus for the rest of the trip. An alternative would be to have electric
bikes for rent in this parking lot to reach your final destination.

Both these options are practical. Of the two, the first is preferable, since you don't run the risk
of being hit by a car.

Whichever alternative is chosen, the major urban problem of traffic congestion caused by
excessive numbers of private cars can be partly alleviated by the introduction of park-
and-ride systems.
