S : Yes, that’s right, miss

I : Very well, my name is annisa. Im the head of human resources department of this hospital company.

S : Nice to meet u, miss.

I : So, do u know what we are going to do?

S : Yes Miss, I was emailed, and called by phone, in order to have a job interview for this company three
days ago. So now here I'm going to be have an interview session with you.

I : Very well, can u tell me about urself, syifa?

S : My name is Syifa Mutiara. I am a fresh graduate from Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health in
Yogyakarta, majoring in Anesthetic Nursing. I have practical experience in 6 hospitals during my studies
as an Intern Program Nurse Anesthesiologist.

I : Okay, thank you Syifa. Why did you choose Anesthesia Nursing?

S : I chose Anesthetic Nursing because I am fascinated by the critical role it plays in surgical procedures
and patient care. The precision and attention to detail required in administering anesthesia and
monitoring patients during surgery greatly appealed to me. I am drawn to the challenge of ensuring
patients' safety and comfort throughout their surgical experience. Additionally, the dynamic nature of
the field, the constant advancements in medical technology, and the collaboration with a
multidisciplinary team make Anesthetic Nursing a fulfilling and intellectually stimulating career choice for
me.

I : Okay, this interesting. Did you research the hospital before you come today?

S : yes previously, I have conducted research about this hospital. Siloam Hospital is one of the best
hospitals in Indonesia, headquartered in Jakarta, with internationally standardized healthcare facilities
and a team of competent and professional healthcare professionals in their respective fields. This is what
interests me in joining as one of the dedicated staff members at this hospital.

I : okay, next question. What skills did you do in clinical?

S : I have skills in anesthetic nursing, including areas such as general and regional anesthesia, airway
management, emergency response, patient monitoring, and medication management. Additionally, I
possess soft skills such as effective communication, critical thinking, and discipline.

I : its good. What kind of hours do you want syifa?

S : i like regular day time hours on weekday and Saturday hours in a while.

I : okay, why should we hire you?

S : Because I believe I am capable and deserving of being chosen by you, given my skills as an anesthetic
nurse, and I am committed to dedicating myself to this hospital.

I : So, what is your strength and weakness point?

S : My strength is my cheerfulness, my carefulness, my strong will tolearn new things, and my skill to
work under pressures and as a team. My weakness is my phobia of dark.

I : okay last question. Do you have any question for me ?

S : No, i think i have a pretty good understanding of the requirements.
