In South Asia, Pakistan has the highest player count. It thus supports that. Pakistan has the
ability to attract a sizable number of e-sport players. Talent in this country is immense and if
given the right opportunities and environment, they have the potential to grow and compete
internationally. This project provides a wonderful opportunity to research those issues. The site
that houses the E-Sport training facility is dedicated to advancing the development of E-sport.
Most developed nations view and treat e-sports similarly to traditional sports. In addition to
acknowledging and praising the abilities of the game development. This project also intends to

“Vertical Diversity: Designing a Dynamic Mixed-Use High-Rise
Building”

Problem Statement:
By increased urbanization, population expansion, and the demand for sustainable, ineffective
land use. The need for practical, broad, and ecologically mindful urban places has become one
of these difficulties. The demand for integrated, mixed-use complexes that can harmoniously
accommodate various purposes, promote community engagement, and maximize the use of
constrained urban space is growing as cities develop.
Topics:
1. Smart Housing 5. Gym
2. Offices 6. Swimming pool
3. Shopping center 7. Restaurant/ food court
4. Mosque 8. Parking plaza

Introduction:
The idea of the high-rise structure has evolved in the dynamic world of urban development as a
symbol of advancement and a response to the problems of constrained space and rising
population density. However, a new paradigm—the mixed-use high-rise building—has
developed in the search of effective land use and sustainable urban life. With this novel
method, a single, tall structure houses commercial, residential, and occasionally even cultural or
recreational spaces. It offers a dynamic and integrated solution that not only maximizes space
but also supports thriving and sustainable communities, signaling a departure from traditional
urban planning.

Site selection: Nasir Bagh Road, Peshawar

Conclusion:
Located on Nasir Bagh Road in Peshawar, our proposed Mixed-Use High-Rise Building stands as
a symbol of innovation, resilience, and progress. It embodies the principles of flexibility,
adaptability, and cultural sensitivity, ensuring that it can evolve with the dynamic needs of both
the city and its inhabitants. as this dynamic high-rise takes its place in the Peshawar skyline, we
envision a future where it not only serves as a functional space but also as a catalyst for positive change,
a hub of diversity, and a source of pride for the community it embraces. Our journey has been one of
creativity, exploration, and vision, and we look forward to the impact our design will have on the urban
landscape and the lives of those who call it home.

“Architectural Odyssey: Designing the Museum”

Problem Statement:
Museums have been losing popularity, one of which is that the internet has surpassed museums
as the most popular form of entertainment and knowledge. In recent times the public would
not go to the museum in the first place to get knowledge or information. The majority of the
museum visitors are elderly and some are simply curious about the art pieces and sculptures in
the museum. Instead, the visitor of a museum expects to go through a unique experience
TOPICS:
1. Movie theater 4. Community engagement
2. Restaurant Shopping mall 5. Digital integration
3. Artificial intelligence academy
Introduction:
"Architectural Odyssey: Designing the Museum" is a thorough investigation of the principles and
practices of museum design. It encourages us to go on a trip through the complexities of
architecture, culture, and preservation, where every design choice has a purpose and every area
turns into a blank canvas for creative expression. Museums are more than simply
structures they are active archives of our shared memory and act as a link between generations.
We shall dig into the intricate realm of museum design in the pages that follow. We'll explore
how to strike the right balance between honoring the past and looking to the future, promoting
the arts while fostering education, and integrating architecture with everyday life

Site selection: Regi model town, PESHAWAR

Conclusion:
The study of "Designing the Museum" has made clear the many difficulties that designers of
places that honor our common past and motivate the next generation must overcome.
We understand that creating a museum is more than simply a job it's a labor of love and a
reminder of how crucial it is to protect and spread our cultural heritage. The human spirit finds
expression in art, history, and knowledge at museums, which are places where time slows
down, and where the past and present collide.
