1.Scenario: The team is preparing for an important client meeting where they need
to present a proposal and discuss project updates.
2.Roles: Project Manager, Presentation Lead, Researcher, and Client.
3.Objective : Ensure the team is well-prepared for the client meeting, practicing
effective communication and coordination.

3.Aqiqah - Smart and insightful Presentation Leaders

4.Mrs.Federica - smart and assertive client

(Scene: office, 2 hours before meeting with client)

Scene 1: Project evaluation

(Jason, Karbila and Aqiqah gather in the conference room to discuss the project
and prepare for the meeting with the client.)

Jason: (seriously)

The meeting with Mrs. Federica will determine the future of our robotics project.
We need to make sure we have all the accurate and necessary information.

Karbila: (firmly)

I have done thorough research on robotics. all relevant details will be included in
the presentation.

Scene 2: Preparation of Presentation Plan

(Jason, Karbila, and Aqiqah gathered in the meeting room and discussed the
presentation content and the best way to deliver it.)

Jason: (directing)

Our presentation should have a clear structure and be well organized. we should
highlight the benefits and advantages of this project.

Karbila: (compile slides)

I will include the latest research data and relevant robotics machinery industry
trends. This will give Mrs. Federica a deeper understanding of this field.

Karbila: (adding a personal touch)

I will add success stories from previous clients to give Mrs. Federica confidence in
our company's capabilities.

Scene 3: Presentation Practice

(Aqiqah stood at the front of the meeting room and practiced the presentation using
prepared slides and visuals.)

Aqiqah: According to research by the Robotics Industries Association of the

United States, the use of robotics rose 41% in 2018, after the productivity of many
companies increased. Therefore, I am confident that the robotics machine industry
that we have developed will have great opportunities in the technology market.
And I am sure Mrs. Federica will not regret working with our company.
Jason: (leading)
we need to practice giving strong and convincing presentations. make sure we have
a smooth flow and stay calm when speaking.

Karbila: (fixing presentation)

I will double check all the slides and content we have prepared. all details must be
met and sharp.

Jason : (encouraging)

All body movements and body language should show confidence and
professionalism throughout the presentation.

Scene 4: Meeting with Client

(In the conference room, Aqiqah prepared the presentation and waited for Ms.
Federica's arrival.)

Jason: (Energizing the Team)

I believe our presentation has covered all the required elements. Let us remain
calm and confident in facing Mrs. Federica.

Karbila: (encouraging the team)

Remember all the information you have prepared and don't hesitate to explain it
clearly if asked.
Aqiqah: (calming)

we have prepared ourselves well. Let us show Mrs. Federica that we are a reliable
and quality partner.

Scene 5: The Client's Decision

(After a few hours later the presentation was completed,Mrs. Federica gave her
feedback.)

Mrs. Federica: (noticing)

I really appreciate the effort you put into preparing a complete presentation. The
concept is interesting and very impressive and seems to fit the needs of this rapidly
evolving technological era.

Jason: (says thank you)

We are glad you like it, Mrs. Federica. We are committed to providing the best
solution for your company.

Aqiqah: (answer the question)

If you have further questions or need additional clarification, we are here to help.

Mrs. Federica: (firmly)

I will review the proposal and consider everything you have presented. As soon as
I have done an extensive review and discussed with my team, I will give you a
decision in the near future.
