AN ANALYSIS OF SPRINT ABILITY OF V GRADE STUDENTS OF

PRIVATE MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH 01 LEBONG

Running is an accelerated step then when running there is a tendency for the body
to float. In this study the descriptive method was used to obtain a description of
sprint ability for Grade V students at Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 01 Lebong.
Based on research data for speed scores, it was found that the highest score was
3.52 and the lowest score was 5.95. From the data analysis, the average price
(mean) is 4.59, standard deviation is 0.60, median is 4.78, and mode is 4.92.
Based on the calculations shown in Table 4, it can be seen that: 5 people or
(8.7%) are in the class interval 3.52-3.96, 11 people or (47.83%) are in the class
interval 4.42-4 .86, 6 people or (26.08%) are in the interval class 4.87-5.31, and 1
person or (4.35%) is in the interval class 5.77-6.21. Running will feel heavier
than running in the area flat or on a real track. Therefore, when the practice run
feels heavy, it will feel light when running on the real track, therefore it can
improve students' 50-meter running abilities and can create better running times.

danskorterendah 5,95. Dari analisis data diperolehharga rata-rata (Mean) sebesar
4,59, Simpanganbaku (standardeviasi) 0.60, Median 4,78, dan Modus 4,92.
Berdasarkanperhitungan yang terterapadaTabel 4 dapatdilihatbahwa: 5 orang atau
(8,7%) beradapadakelas interval 3,52-3,96, 11 orang atau (47,83%)
beradapadakelas interval 4,42-4,86, 6 orang atau (26,08%) beradapadakelas
interval 4,87-5.31, dan 1 orang atau (4,35%) beradapadakelas interval 5.77-
6.21.Lariakanterasalebihberatdibandingkandenganlari di area dataratau di lintasan
yang sesungguhnya. Makadariitu, ketikalarilatihanterasaberat,
akanterasaringanketikalari di lintasan yang sesungguhnya,
sehinggamampumeningkatkankemampuanlari 50 meter
siswadanbisamenciptakanwaktutempuhlari yang lebihbaik.
