- To the BSP senior scout aspirant, senior scouts, outfit advisers
to to our skillful, diligent, and competent Secondary School
Heads. A blessed Afternoon to all of us. Today is the 28th day
of September, two thousand and twenty-three. We are now
here FOR THE SENIOR SCOUTS GENERAL MEETING

-Before we formally begin, let us inbibe among ourselves the

patriotism, by singing a national anthem and this will be
followed by an invocation to be presented via Audio
presentation.
-Altogether, let’s all recite the Scout’s Vision, Mission, and
Scout Oath and Law.
-Alright! We are all very fortunate to have been given the
opportunity to be guided and supervised by a valorous leader. I
know that everyone is excited to hear an enticing message
coming from our delightful school head and to give us her
opening remarks, let’s all welcome the secondary school
principal II of FVR National High School, Dr. Minerva M. Sikat.

-Thank you very much Dr. Minerva. Let’s give her a round of
applause.
-At this point, allow me to introduce to you the facilitator for
this afternoon. The ever considerate, hard-working, and a

activities and endeavors of Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Let’s
all welcome the Secondary School Principal III of NNHS and our
Educational District VI Chariman, Dr. Ceanceno M. Espiritu Jr.
-DISCUSSION

-Thank you very much Sir Cen. We are hoping that our
upcoming district encampment will end successfully.

-At this juncture, we will now have our open forum so if you
have any concerns, questions, clarifications, or suggestions, you
are all welcome. You may raise your hand and we have the
competent facilitator to answer your queries.
