Good day, we write this letter from PJMJ FOOD HOUSE located at 1146 QUIRINO AVENUE SAN
DIONIOSIO PARANAQUE CITY regarding the Disapproval of our Business Registration in the City Building.
As per instruction from Ms. Rhea we should go to the city hall and look for Ms. Joana and Sir Wil.
Unfortunately, yesterday 09/06/2023, we are not able to meet them and as Sir Jeff explained we found
out that the reason of the disapproval is that there is a renovation and requiring the lessor to submit
Occupancy Permit/Building Permit for the renovation.

By the end of the day, we have contacted Sir Wil and discussed the matter and advised us to write a
letter and explain our side.

There are no structural renovations, even if it is newly painted and designed there are no renovations
made from the vicinity. Again, the location is fixed and painted and no renovation was made. There is a
previous business before and for the data almost 2 years operating and we are able to get pictures from
the previous place please check on the images below for comparison.

We are able to clarify the issue regarding the renovation. We already submitted the required documents
and we hope for your reconsideration regarding this, thanks.
