I. Introduction
There are different parts of your body that help you move and do everyday activities. These body parts
enable you to do specific movements even if you are just standing in place or moving around.
In this module, you are going perform a body shapes and actions. You have to move your body parts
properly so you could do the things that make you active and useful. Are you ready to shake your body? 

Hello! Peace and all good! I know that you are excited to take your new module and topic for today. But
