List of Problems

Problems Justification
1. Loose watery stool In order to survive, an
individual's physiological needs must be met
according to Maslow, therefore making these
the highest priority. One of the physiological
needs is water to avoid dehydration which
may easily lead to sudden death.

2. Abdominal pain Pain management should also be a priority

of care for every patient, with freedom
from pain as a basic human right.

3. Fever A fever is an abnormally high body

temperature, usually accompanied by
shivering, headache, and in severe instances,
delirium. Maintaining a constant body
temperature is important
as there are a lot of important processes in
the body which are enzyme controlled such as
respiration, highlighting the importance of
homeostasis in maintaining core body
temperature.

4. Body weakness Weakness is a lack of muscle strength and a

reduced ability to move your body, no matter
how hard you try. It is also a priority because
you need to do your daily activities
independently and with ease. It somehow
gives you anxiety and sadness if you have
weakness in your body.
