Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my complaint about your campsite in street Alma, Pécs,

Hungary.

First of all I would like to mention that the staff were really polite and kind. I
appreciate that so much. Although I was dissatisfied because there was only one properly
working shower. Due to this I was always forced to wait in a queue for about thirty minutes.
Also the hygiene of it was in a bad condition.

In my opinion one bathroom is far not enough for a whole campsite. I suggest that
the non working bathrooms be fixed. Also I recommend the showers be cleaned more
regularly. Solving these problems would surely make the camping experience more
comfortable and enjoyable.
