Dear Mr.

Turner,

My name is Kim Oanh, I am writing this letter to complain to you about the poor service
provided by your company-the Oldbury Sports center. The place was recommended by my friend so
I had high expectation with it. However, the experience was dreadful.

Firstly, the “professional staff” mentioned in your advertisement knew little about squash.
Secondly, the swimming pool was closed and hardly seen opened. Lastly, much as your sport center
guaranteed to provide various sport lessons, there were no windsurfing one and the price was
surprisingly high-priced.

I believe that this is not the way you work and that the company will fix my concern. To
resolve the problem, I would appreciate a refund and an explanation from you. I am open to
discussing the matter further and should hope that you will respond with a solution to prevent this
problem happening again.
