& Lapses”, where personnel are working in areas that are classed as "Energized".
 Electrical Teams must be monitored (on a daily basis) to ensure that basic electrical
compliance checks (testing) are being completed to the approved industry standard.
 Those involved in testing and commissioning must fully understand the potential
risks of "Arc Flash", and that appropriate PPE (Dependent on Risk Profile) is worn at
all times.
