Hello everyone. My name is Anh, and I am the HR manager of our company.

Today, I will inform to all of you about the office etiquette. There are many things
that you should pay attention to. First, you have to obey all office rules. About the
dress code, you are required to wear uniforms such as suit and tie from Monday to
Friday. On Saturday, you are allowed to wear your own clothes but make sure that
you wear politely. When we have a meeting, switch your smartphone to vibrate to
avoid disturbing other co-workers. You should offer a firm handshake and show up
on time to show resect to your co-worker and boss. It is important to be an active
listener. We work 8 hours a day from 8 AM to 5 PM and we have 1 hour for lunch
break from 12 AM to 1 PM. You must go to work on time. When you write email
for your customers, your bosses or your co-workers, you should write in a friendly
professional tone. You mustn’t be rude to your colleagues and you should use
please and thank you when talk to your co-worker and customer.
