Jawab : Yes, Ma’am.
A : Please tell me about yourself.
Jawab : Alright Ma’am. My name is Naswa Hanna Sajidin and I am
eighteen years old. I graduated from Raja Ali Haji Maritime University,
majoring in Mathematics Education. I live in Batam and I am the
second child of 2 siblings.

A : Next, tell me about your qualifications.

Jawab : I as a teacher have qualifications such as 1. able to manage
student learning. 2. Have a good personality, have a noble character,
and be authoritative and be a role model for students. 3. the ability to
communicate and interact effectively and efficiently with students. 4.
the ability to master the subject matter broadly and deeply. and I have
also attended organizations according to my major and organizations
from where I came from, namely Himatika and HMKB.

A : Lastly, tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.

Jawab : when I work, I am a punctual person. I always arrive early and
finish my work on time, I'm awesome. I always set my goals and that
motivates me to be a good educator. I have achieved my goals so far
with training, education and now I am looking for ways to improve
myself and grow.
Weaknesses is a tough question for me, of course I will continue to
introspect myself, sometimes I have a lack of confidence in the material
presented but I can improve it by wanting to learn what I am lacking and
I am easily disappointed when I fail to achieve the desired learning
target, for this I can change the way of achievement of the previous
learning.
