Education Is Increasing, The Digital Era Will Be Amazing

Assalamualaikum warrahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

Dear judges of this competition,

Dear Mr/Mrs Teachers who were present at this event,
And what I am proud of is the participants and audiens who also take part in this
competition.
Ladies and gentlemen, before I begin, I would like to ask some question. How
long have you been familiar with the digital era? Did you do anything during your time in
the digital era? And did you learn anything while getting to know the digital era or did
you just get entertainment?
But for now, Let me introduce myself, my name is Mutia Rahmi Elshifa. I am a
representative from class 10H, SMAN 1 Cisarua. Before I continue with what I will give,
I would like to thank the jury at this event, the teachers who attended this event, as well
as the audience and/or other participants who were in the same room with me. Also, let us
say thank to The One Almighty God, Allah SWT, because of His blessings we can attend
this event in good health. Don't forget to pour out our prayers and greetings to our lord,
Prophet Muhammad SAW. Ladies and gentlemen, on this occasion, I will give you guys
a speech that conveys education in the digital era. If Education Is Increasing, The Digital
Era Will Be Amazing.
In accordance with the question I asked at the beginning of the opening of this
speech, the probability of the correct answer is that almost sixty five percent in this
digital era you only get entertainment. In fact, compared to entertainment, there are things
that are more important. What is that? Do you guys know? Yep, it’s education.
Some people think that education can only be obtained if we go to school. So,
what about people who don't go to school? Can they still get an education or not? The
answer is, they can still get an education even if they don't go to school. That means, to
get education there are many alternatives besides going to school, one of which is that in
this digital era, we can also get education digitally.
Education in the digital era does not only focus on certain knowledge, but also
various other areas, such as interests and talents, developing potential, and optimizing
opportunities to turn that potential or interest and talent into success. Apart from that, an
important thing related to education in this digital era is also attitude. We must have a
good attitude in using this technology that can help us educate with technology. Attitude
is very important for a student. It means, nothing if you are smart but don't have a good
attitude.
With the existence of advanced technology in this digital era, we should be able to
be more effective in getting education, but some people actually abuse the benefits of this
technology, that is one of the challenges that is difficult to face in this digital era. In fact,
this misuse has negative impacts to users, such as disruption of brain nerves and eye
radiation. The benefits of technology as a forum for knowledge can advance our country,
Indonesia, into a more technologically sophisticated, smarter and more prosperous
country. But unfortunately, we have been made aware of this many times, but many
people are still stubborn in their views on the use of this technology. Yes, stubborn, like
when we fall in love with the wrong person.
My name is Mutia Rahmi Elshifa, that’s all the speech that i can give on this
occasion. Sorry if there are any wrong words while I'm talking. Therefore, let us make the
best use of technology to get education and attitude in this digital era. And one more
thing, remember when Taylor Swift said in one of her song, and the title is Fifteen, “This
is life before you know who you’re gonna be.” That’s all, Thank You so much for
hearing me and Thank You so much for the attention.
