Based on the discussion, there are several front office staff positions depending on
the size of the hotel. Therefore, you are tasked to dress and act what are asked
below. Take a photo of each staff position you are going to dress up and list down at
least five (3) of their roles in the front office department.

1. Serves guests by greeting, welcoming,
and directing them correctly.
2. Notifies corporate staff of a visitor's
arrival.
3. Maintains the security and
telecommunications systems.
4. Answers or refers visitors' questions.
5. Maintains staff and department
directories to orient visitors.
