JOINT AFFIDAVIT

WE, PASTOR ANAJAO, TERESITA LONGAKIT and JAIME

GALANO, all of legal age, and a residents of Barangay Benit, San
Ricardo, Southern Leyte, after all having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and truthfully state THAT:

1. We are elected Sangguniang Barangay members of Benit, San

Ricardo during the July 15,2022 Barangay elections and has served
in such capacity until November 30,2007;

2. That sometime in October 2004 we were made witness to the signing

of a Deed of Donation made by Elizer Campos, the donor in favour of
the local government unit of Benit, San Ricardo, Southern Leyte
represented by the Punong Barangay (Barangay Captain) Generoso
Herrera as Donee;

3. That the terms of donation includes the donation by the donor of a

portion of his lot known as lot 7611, Case 28, Cad. 787-D and
covered by Original Certificate of Tile No. 27749;

4. That we witness the donor expressly transfers by way of donation in

favour of the local government unit of Benit, a portion of the above-
mentioned lot, an area containing Four Hundred Four Square Meters
by signing the deed of donation and we equally witness the
acceptance by the donee, our barangay captain, Generoso Herrera of
the donation by signing the deed of donation immediately after the
donor;

5. That the purpose of the donated lot is for the local government unit
of Benit for public use and benefit by the residents, the donor
expressly stated that the portion adjoining the lot owned by the local
government of Benit will be the portion donated;
