Position:- QA / QC Engineer - Mechanical Static - 4 Nos

Job Summary:- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Engineer specializing in
Mechanical Static Equipment for U Stamp Jobs to join our team. The candidate will be responsible
for ensuring the quality and compliance of all mechanical static equipment installations at job sites.
This includes conducting inspections, audits, and tests to ensure that the equipment meets all
applicable codes, standards, and specifications. The QA/QC Engineer will work closely with the
project team, contractors, and clients to ensure that all quality requirements are met throughout the
project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

 Review and interpret project specifications, codes, and standards to ensure compliance during the
installation of mechanical static equipment.
 Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans for mechanical static
equipment installations.
 Conduct inspections and audits of equipment, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance
with project requirements.
 Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) as required to verify the integrity and quality of the
equipment.
 Coordinate with project team members, contractors, and clients to resolve any quality-related
issues or concerns.
 Prepare and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test records,
and non-conformance reports.
 Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on quality-related matters.
 Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for project personnel to
ensure awareness and understanding of quality requirements.
 Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices related to mechanical static equipment
for U Stamp Jobs.
