correctly, door catcher and/or stopper functions, door lock operates
freely
9 Technical fittings. Shower curtains of correct length and width,
hot/cold water taps function, shower rose with flexible hose/tube
installed and adjustable
10 Information signs installed

11 Suspended floors correct and un-damaged

12 Water bunds turned up around walls in wet areas
