publishing job vacancies, screening candidates,
to conducting initial interviews.
Manage and maintain employee database,
including personal information, attendance, and
performance records.
Organizing employee training and development
programs in accordance with company needs.
Manage employee administration, such as
licensing, insurance, and employment contract
changes.
Provide support in handling employee issues
and enforcing company policies.
