 The work of replacing the damaged 12” MS Biogas line of Flair tip is in
progress.
 Dismantled the over flow lines digesters with the help of crane work is in
progress.
 All clarifier’s outlet lines were dismantled for cleaning purpose after
cleaning boxed up the line work is in progress.
 Dismantled the 8” bottle lines of all digester for cleaning purpose work is
in progress.
 The work of replacing the damaged 12” MS Biogas line is in progress.
 Dismantled the 12” main biogas line for cleaning purpose after cleaning
again boxed up the lines work is in progress.
 The work of replacing the damaged 12” MS Biogas elbow is in progress.
 After cleaning boxed up the suction and discharge side 6” biogas line of
all blowers work is in progress.
 Install and operate the 5” submersible pump near STP area work is
completed.

Boiler House:

 Cutting of damaged plates in chain carrier of boiler house work is in

progress.
 Cutting the new MS plates for main chain carrier work is in progress.
 Cutting the damaged flat bar of main chain Baggass carrier work is in
progress.
 A new SS line of biogas is prepared of size 4” and the welding work is in
progress.
 Cutting the new 48 MS tubes for air pre heater work is completed.
Drain nala:

 Operate the 30HP diesel peter engine near Based wala point for effluent
transfer work is completed.
 Operate the 25HP diesel peter engine at kamena wala dera point for
effluent transfer work is completed.
 Operate the 5”F submersible pump at pit no 3 for effluent transfer work
is completed.

Sultan concrete:

 Checked the all machineries solved their problems work is completed.

 Cleaning the all gear in tuff tile plant 1 and tuff tile plant 2 work is
completed.

Pre-cast plant:

 Checked the all machineries solved their problems work is completed.
