B. Activity
The teacher will pick 3 names in the cup and the students will identify the
3 objects given by the teacher.

C. Analysis
How did you find your activities class?
What are the importance of these objects in our life?
Do you have an idea what is our topic for today?

D. Abstraction
Matter is anything that has a weight and takes up space.
Everything you can see and touch is made up of matter.

Three Forms of Matter


1. Solid
Solid have shape, color, texture and size. Solid can be held and
seen.

2. Liquid
Liquids are objects that we can also touch and see. They change
shape depending on the container. It can be pour and flow, fast or
slow.

3. Gas
Gas has no definite size and shape, but it takes the shape of the
container.

E. Application
Directions: Each group has a four representative to pick in the lucky
mystery box and identify what forms of matter it is.

Directions: Write S if it solid, L if it is liquid and G if it gas. Write your answer
