Product Description: The product they offer is a remote Water Quality Monitoring machine.

 This device can test 32 parameters of water.

 It gives instant report within 5 minutes interval. It can make a database of realtime data.
This machine can send data to the smartphone too.
 For example, it takes 5 days to measure BOD. But this machine can provide instant BOD
data. The accuracy of this machine ±10%
 This instrument is made in Austria, assembled in Bangladesh
This instrument has 4 components.
1. Monitor (SCADA) : This part displays the data.
2. Network Transmission device: This part sends data to the received end.
3. Electrodes: These electrodes test the water.
4. Air compressor: Compressor cleans the electrode regularly.
In Robintex garments, this device is installed in ETP outlet to monitor output water quality
parameters continuously. This Realtime data helped them to take immediate action if any
parameter goes beyond standard. This is the first device that ever installed in ETP. They said
this is a pilot project and they will go to BGMEA and BKMEA for further collaboration with other
factories.
Their one and only customer is Dhaka WASA. Dhaka WASA installed their device is 5 key areas
in order to monitor the supplied water. In this way if one of the test results is not right, Dhaka
WASA can take immediate action to troubleshoot the problem.
The price of this instrument starts from approximately 55 lac taka depending on the
parameters. When we asked why is price is so high, they said if we want to test the parameters
in Lab, this frequent testing would cause us more than 100 lac taka. But they can provide the
same service within very less money compared to the lab. And frequent sample collection is
also very challenging. This device can be suitable for automated monitoring of large water
distribution networks with a focus on water protection and security. These devices are
especially suitable for control systems and enable a quick response.
This company is owned by Two young entrepreneurs. We have talked with their Executive
Engineer and Chief Operation Officer.
We asked for their Brochure several time but still don’t receive.
