wish to state that the Government of Tamil Nadu have accorded Administrative sanction
implementation of Under Ground Sewage System under Smart City
prograra
Irahirappalli City Corporation. In this project laying and jointing of sewer lines and
erection of
RCManholes are under progress. In some places the sewer lines are to be laid along the State
Egways Road.

The proposal for laying of the sewer line along the Madurai Road from
Thennur bridge
Central Lodge to Holly Cross School Pothys Silk for length of 1200 Mand Maris over
bridge LA
Coenas Theáter to Holly Cross School Pothys Silk for length of 510 M. The Sewer lines
are to
be laid along the center of the Madurai Road for total length of 1710 M. The
depth of excavation
ir pipe lines will vary from 1.2M to 3.5M.

detailed road sketch where sewer lines are proposed is enciosed herewith. I request

provided in Madurai road which is under State connection are
highways.

It is requested that the
permission may kindly be accorded from Highway
department to cut open the road for laying of sewer,
service connection in Madurai road for which Construction of Manholes and providing House
restoration charges claimed by the highways
department has to be paid by TCC on the advice from
Highway Department.
