decision-making on the bridge.

of each bridge watchkeeping position, including but not limited to
Officer of the Watch (OOW), Helmsman, Lookout, and Master;
 effectively communicate and coordinate duties and tasks during
the rotation of responsibilities on the bridge watch, adhering to
the principles of Bridge Resource Management;
 apply situational awareness techniques to identify and assess
potential risks, hazards, and conflicts, and take appropriate
actions to mitigate them; and
 utilize effective decision-making skills and problem-solving
strategies to handle various scenarios encountered during the
bridge watch rotation.

called the officers for a meeting and give them instructions before
entering port.
