1. Possess the scientific and technical knowledge in agriculture that would make them capable of identifying, diagnosing, analyzing and designing solution to
problems, packaging and applying improved technologies geared towards increasing productivity, development, conservation, and sustainability of agricultural
resources.

1. Improve crop varieties and animal breeds through scientific research
