➔ Suspect: Nozzle
1. Cause analysis type isn’t suitable,
There are 3 phenomenon: force for pick up
+ Nozzle can’t pick up components component isn’t
+ Pick up shift/tombstone good
+ Drop when moving 0.5mm 0.7mm 0.9mm
➔ It happen for all models, all lines and all
feeder slots
►Investigate Component size: Nozzle size: Φ0.7mm
+ Take out module and check: head, holder, 1.1mm x 0.9mm
feeder, nozzle status => No abnormal
+ Check component and packing => No
abnormal
+ Check component dimension, compare with
nozzle type using => Detect risky points ➔ Proposal idea:
