1. How do the school campus and the classroom in particular impact the learning of
the students going to school? What are your conclusions?
-The school campus and the classroom have important significant roles in the learning of the students
going to school, so it should have a good impact to every learners.

The learning of the pupils can be impacted by a variety of factors, there are positive factors and
negative factors. Lack of facilities, laboratory tools and equipment, and some of the classroom is really
not well-ventilated and it is not spacious that occasionally cannot accommodate a large number of pupils
in one class but not all rooms as the same situation are example of the negative factors in the learning of
the pupils. High technology, like television, powerpoint presentation, video presentation is used by the
teacher in delivering their lessons. As a result, some teachers try their very best to teach learners.

However, even this interference, it relies on the students' motivation to learn; if they are willing to
help solve the issue at school or in the classroom, they will be accepting responsibility for their actions
and doing their part as a good students.

2. How does this relate to your knowledge of child and adolescent

development/How does this relate to your knowledge of facilitating learning?
-Knowing that the learners’ body and brain, particularly their cognitive level thinking skills, that are still
developing during childhood and adolescence. I will use educational materials and activities that are relevant to
the student's level of thinking skills and their locomotor skills and also their affective skills or their attitude inside
the classroom so that they can process the information in their minds and easily and quickly adapt learning.

not?
-Exactly YES, because the school environment
is wide with clean environment and many facilities. The classroom is adequately aired, even there are too many
pupils utilizing it for effective learning. The smile of the students are encourage us to teach and continue the
teaching profession. The pupils are very polite, when they see me, they always say, “Hi ma’am”, “Good morning
ma’am” and whenever I hear them saying it I feel ecstatic. Being a teacher may experience headaches due to the
noise, and managing more than 30pupils in one classroom may be more stressful, but this is the reality and this is
part for being a teacher.

2. What kind of school campus is conducive to learning?

A positive learning environment is defined as a school with appropriate facilities, well-managed
classrooms, available school health support, and clear and fair disciplinary policies. The school's
academic, disciplinary and physical environment has many features characterized by a positive
atmosphere. A conducive school campus with comprehensive facilities can support students of all types,
promoting inclusion to learn and gain more knowledge as well as develop skills and personality your way.
It also promotes a healthy environment to protect students from possible accidents. It must also be away
from noise and any disturbance. A school campus that is convenient for learning must have a clean, green
environment. Classrooms need to be built properly so that students and teachers can comfortably study
and share knowledge.

3. What kind of classroom is conducive to learning?

-Classrooms that are convenient for learning are well-lit, well-ventilated and fully equipped with sanitary
equipment. It should also be a non-threatening classroom, where students feel accepted, not alone, and have
nothing to fear.

the best classroom environment is one where many different types of work can occur
simultaneously. And one that truly aligns with what students want. When designing classroom spaces,
students should always be involved in some way. Strong, adaptable leadership and teachers are essential
to creating the schools of the future. No two classroom are the same, but the schools that provide the most
conducive learning environments will be those that ask students what environment is right for them and
organize appropriate learning spaces.

4. In the future, how can you accomplish your answer in number 3?

-As a future teacher, a conducive classroom is one of my priorities because it follows the principles of
effectiveness of learning environment that teachers must know and need to apply in practice to help students In
their study process. I will maintain cleanliness and promote a healthy home and environment outside and inside
the classroom. The classroom must have adequate lighting and good ventilation facilities, if they are not available
or not observed in the classroom. As a teacher, I would ask school supplies coordinator to help me solve my
problems such as electrical or light bulb problems, electric fan. I will also create effective classroom displays that
motivate and encourage students to study.

5. Write your additional learning and insights here.

-When our observation is being done with this day, I realized that being a teacher is not been
easy, aside from making the classroom to become conducive to learning, you also need to have a big
patience especially with the lower grade level. They are not disciplined yet and some are naughty students
which they did not listen while their teacher delivering a lessons.
