Two teacher tables are present. The topic teacher will use one up front during lectures, while
the class advisory teacher will use the other one in the rear. The teacher's desk is located in
the back, and both tables are facing the class.
The learning materials that are present in the class mostly are textbooks and printed
activities.

Aids
The classroom contains a few bulletin boards that list various information including the
"mission," "vision," and "core values." The rooms are well-lit, and to give them the appearance
of brightness, they are painted in light hues. The windows are opened to let fresh air into the
classroom. For teachers, there are two tables. The space is well organized and can cater
almost 40-50 students.
ANALYZE
How do the school campus and the classroom in particular impact the learning of the students
going to school? What are your conclusions?
The total educational experience of students and teachers is influenced by the facilities at the
schools. More importantly teachers, have an impact on the students' involvement, behavior,
and health. Therefore, having adequate facilities helps the institution provide better instruction.
Students are impacted by school facilities in two different ways. First off, a student's capacity to
participate in extracurricular activities and other learning opportunities is constrained by a lack of
facilities. A teacher's motivation to instruct is also harmed by a lack of facilities, which has a
detrimental effect on their job satisfaction.
How does this relate to your knowledge of child and adolescent development/How does this
relate to your knowledge of facilitating learning?
According to what I've thought about from my prior lectures, kids are most open to
learning when they feel comfortable in the classroom and with the other students they
are interacting with. One needs to have patience and compassion for their kids in order
to be a successful instructor.
Yes, Since the school fosters a supportive environment for studying and teaching, I'd really
want to teach here.
If the campus is inclusive to everybody and can met the physical, emotional, social and
psychological needs of the students.
I can fulfill whatever objective I set for my class. The school, its teachers and staff, the parents
of the kids, and the students themselves are all working together with enthusiasm and
determination to improve the learning environment.
Being teacher is not an easy job it requires effort, passion and dedication to fulfill his/her duty.
Creating an conducive environment for students is a vital one and it begins on the plans and
being time bounded of the teachers.
