What subject do you enjoy learning about the most in school? Why?
Can you describe a teacher who makes learning fun for you? What do they do that makes it
enjoyable?

Listen attentively as I present to you a selection of different teachers who are working in the same
school. But before we proceed, I want you to get a pen and paper so you can take note of important
details.

KNOW THIS

Noting details is the comprehension of something one has written down on a paper.
This may be a statement, a quote, a definition, or a phrase one may have written down to remember
things. Nothing details in a selection heard is answering, who, what, when, where, and why.

Here are some key tips for taking down significant notes:
1. Pay close attention to the main points and supporting details when someone is speaking or when
you're reading.
2. Jot down keywords, phrases, or abbreviations that summarize the main ideas.
3. Organize your notes by creating outlines or mind maps to visually represent connections
between different ideas.
4. Summarize Information into your own words without losing the core meaning.
5. After taking notes, review them and fill in any missing details while the information is still fresh
in your mind.
6. Regularly practice taking notes in different settings - during lectures, while reading, or when
watching educational videos.
7. If something is unclear, jot down questions to follow up later or seek clarification. Don't hesitate
to ask for more information.

Selecting the Good Speaker

Invite pupils to volunteer or nominate a classmate they believe is a good speaker or reader.
Encourage positive, inclusive nominations. Then ask the selected good speaker to read the chosen
passage aloud in front of the class.
Instruct the rest of the pupils to actively listen and note down important details from the reading.

After reading/listening and noting down the learners. Use your notes to fill in the correct
word to complete each sentence.
