ACKNOWLEDGMENT SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This ACKNOWLEDGMENT SALE is made and entered into in Echague,

Isabela this 26 October 2023 by and between:

DIONISA F. PINKIHAN, of legal age, married,

Filipino, and a resident of P-5, Diasan, Echague,
Isabela, hereinafter referred to as “SELLER”;

and

REANNE JAZEL B. FLORIDO, of legal age, single,

Filipino, and a resident of Purok 1, Barangay
Tuguegarao, Echague, Isabela, hereinafter referred to
as “BUYER”;

WITNESSETH THAT;

WHEREAS, Seller is the owner and actual possessor of a property

described as Lot Nos. 1374, 1375, and a portion of Lot No.1381, all Pls-449
situated in the Diasan, Echague, Isabela (the “subject property”), with an
aggregate area of fifty six thousand eight hundred (56,800) square meters, more or
less

WHEREAS, SELLER has offered to sell the subject property in the amount
of ONE MILLION PESOS (Php1,000,000.00) and the BUYER is able, willing,
and ready to purchase the same under the terms and conditions herein below set
forth;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises,

the parties hereby agree as follows:

1. For and in consideration of the sum total of ONE MILLION

PESOS (Php1,000,000.00) receipt hereof is hereby acknowledged by the said
SELLER, the SELLER hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the
BUYER, in a manner absolute and irrevocable the subject property, free from any
and all liens and encumbrances whatsoever and on an “AS IS WHERE IS
BASIS”.

2. The SELLER warrants that the subject property is free any liens and
encumbrances and that said SELLER shall defend the title and rights of the
BUYER from any claims of whatever kind or nature from third persons.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their

signatures on the date and at the place first above-written.

This instrument consisting of two (2) pages, including this page on which
this acknowledgment is written refers to a ACKNOWLEDGMENT SALE of Lot
Nos. 1374 and 1375, and a portion of Lot No. 1381 of Pls-449 and has been signed
by the parties and sealed with my notarial seal.
