Lets Discuss:

What are consequence?

Consequences are the outcomes or results that occur as a direct or indirect result of a particular action,
event, decision, or situation. They can be both positive and negative and play a crucial role in
understanding the impact of one's choices and the events that unfold. Consequences can range from
immediate and short-term effects to long-term and far-reaching implications.

What does it mean to own your reaction?

You have the ability to control or prevent something that you know has a bad or good outcome.

How can you OWN your consequence?

To accept the fact that you did wrong and never do the same mistake so that it won't happen again

What does it mean to nix the blame and excuses?

"Nix the blame and excuses" means to avoid assigning blame to others and making excuses for your
actions or decisions. It encourages taking responsibility for your own choices and their consequences
instead of shifting the blame onto someone else or making excuses to justify your behavior. It's a
mindset that promotes accountability and ownership of one's actions.

Tell about time you made a mistake and made it right.

I did something wrong in the past, I neglected my group members where I was their leader, on the day
we were going to report, I didn't tell them that I wouldn't come and they didn't know how to report the
topic that was given because I didn't give anything, so what happened is Our teacher was the only one
who reported on the topic so we failed and I found out about that so I made a way to save our grades. I
found out from my classmate that we still have a chance to pass so what I did was I told them that I was
the one who would do our new topic, I took the responsibility to make up for her and we got the same
grade and I managed to save our grade and we passed.
