Faculty of Social Science and Political Science, or abbreviated FISIP.

Uin
Bandung is an ordinary faculty like most faculties in this UIN or even in Indonesia,
is a faculty of social sciences which has 4 majors namely management, sociology,
public administration and political science. With its young age, fisip continues to
strive to improve itself starting from the AC, which started to exist, which was when
I entered, this fisip was very hot because there was no air conditioning, also the
academic portal that is always error which nowadays is always trying to be repaired.
discipline is that students are not allowed to wear t-shirts and only wear sandals
when going to the fisip oak and do learning activities, fisip also prohibits students
from having long hair for men, as well as tights for women.

This is also the most challenging place for the continuation of my study.
coming from Central Java with minimal knowledge of Bandung and culture.
ignorance of Sundanese as well as cultural differences made me try a little harder to
adapt and focus on learning. in fisip uin bandung, to be exact in the management
department, I learned a lot both general knowledge of my department and life
knowledge. in this place I learned Sundanese here, I also learned about how to deal
with differences between tribes and cultures here, and the most important thing was
that I could learn how to live independently from home. In addition to the Sundanese
tribe as a native of Bandung, outside Bandung students and even outside Java are
also being fanned out. this made me also have to learn about how to deal with
someone with a different background from me. I began to get used to adjusting my
behavior and words when I was in a place and talking to students with different
customs.

I came to birth alone, making me really have to do everything by myself. the

first time I entered college required me to find as many friends as possible so that I
could live easier and feel at home in Bandung. besides management, there are other
majors namely sociology and public administration. associating with them also
requires an adaptation. being in the same environment but having different
ideologies and fanaticism makes me more careful in choosing words and actions
when speaking. living in a different environment, meeting people with different
characters and also having to understand and reconcile with the behavior and traits of
other people that sometimes we don't like is also a very valuable and useful lesson in
the future. The UIN bandung campus is precisely in the physical environment which
provides many life lessons.

Four years I have studied at the Uin Bandung Faculty of Social Sciences. I
have had a lot of knowledge and experience. both from the beloved lecturers and
from friends and also the environment. meet many new people, get grades c and have
to postpone holidays to be able to improve values, hunt for lecturers for guidance,
follow organizations, and so forth. it has increasingly shaped me to be able to
prepare myself for real life out there and organize a better future.
