The chemical components found in the product

Insect repellent compounds used in

textile finishes are either synthetic
chemicals such as DEET
(N,N-diethyl-3-methylbenzamide),
picaridin (1-piperidinecarboxylic acid
2-[2-hydroxyethyl]-1-Methylpropyl) or
permethrin, or natural products (essential
oils) such as citronella, neem, lemon and
eucalyptus.
BENEFIT AND PURPOSE

.Insect repellents are used to repel mosquitoes,

ticks, flies, and other biting insects. An insect

Malaria, and West Nile virus.

– Ticks can transmit Lyme disease, Rocky Mountain

Spotted Fever, and other diseases.

.Repellents are not meant to kill insects, but to keep

them away to prevent bites and the spread of
disease.

The production process of the insecticide

comprises the steps of selecting raw materials,
mixing and dissolving, preparing an emulsifier,
emulsifying, removing smell, and shearing. The
production process is reasonable and simple,
and the insecticide can be stored for a long time,
has strong efficacy, is stable, has no layering or
precipitation phenomenon, cannot be frozen
easily, and can supplement phosphatic fertilizer
to plants.
HOW THE PRODUCT IS USUALLY DISPOSED

The hazardous waste management program

uses the term solid waste to denote
something that is a waste. EPA developed
hazardous waste regulations that define in
more detail what materials are solid waste
for the purposes of RCRA Subtitle C
