Introduction
Supply chain or sourcing is a well known and used term within the modern commerce
industry. It consists of a network of companies and means of distribution involved in
the different processes and activities that produce value in the way a product reaches
the final consumer.

General objective

- Describe the importance of supply chain processes: containers, inventories and


blockchain for international trade.

Specific objective

- Describe the different practices involved in inventory management in the supply


chain.

Methodology

The method to be used is the mixed method that combines the quantitative and
qualitative perspective in the same study, with the aim of giving depth to the analysis
understood by the mixed methods that represent a set of systematic, empirical and
critical research processes, as well as their integration to make inferences product
of all the information collected.

The tools that are used are web pages, books and magazines related to the subject,
they also help in the collection of data and information that can expand the study.

Results

The results of the supply chain evaluation serve as a basis for the development of
strategies capable of optimizing and strengthening the performance of each of the
areas or departments involved. This provides comprehensive solutions and
improves the productivity of the organization.
Conclusion

In conclusion, it is important to highlight that a supply chain is a fundamental part of


a company since its performance and optimal operation depend on it, the success
of the company is closely linked to the proper functioning of the supply chain, since
without the adequate planning, without the necessary raw material, which is
delivered in a timely manner by the suppliers, without the machinery that can
transform this raw material into a final product and without an appropriate,
expeditious and competent distribution system, which can deliver the final product
Even consumers, it is notable that said company may not fully fulfill its functions,
causing an unpromising future in its organizational performance.
